No. Files are read and processed in your browser tab only.

No. When you add a file to a PDFDig tool, it's read into your browser's memory and processed there. No request carrying your document is sent to PDFDig or any third party.
What about the result?
The output is generated in your browser and offered to you as a download. It exists on your device and nowhere else.
Close the tab and the file is gone from memory. There's no server-side copy to delete.
